- Develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all finished goods machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production equipment and ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Coordinate with production and quality control departments to prioritize maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and budget for maintenance operations.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, IATF).
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for work orders tracking, historical data analysis, and reporting.
