We are seeking a VP-level Senior PMO to lead governance and delivery execution across a portfolio of Payments Operations Transformation initiatives in Latin America, based in Mexico City. This role will partner closely with the overarching global transformation/PMO structure to ensure alignment to global standards, adoption of general best practices, and consistent,



transparent reporting across the enterprise—while tailoring execution to regional needs.
As a PMO, you will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs.
Job Responsibilities
Regional PMO Leadership (Latin America)
- Own the end-to‑end PMO operating rhythm for Latin America Payments Ops Transformation initiatives, including governance cadence, stakeholder forums, decision logs, and standard reporting.
- Drive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Play a key role in driving delivery of the LSS 2030 strategic agenda across Latin America Payments Operations.

Global Alignment & Standards Adherence
- Serve as the primary PMO interface between Latin America delivery teams and the global PMO/transformation construct.
