(Remote) We are looking for a Conversational AI Engineer (+6 years of experience) with strong hands-on experience in Dialogflow ES, Genesys Cloud Digital Bot Connector, AWS Lambda, and API/webhook integrations. The role will focus on developing, integrating, migrating, and supporting chatbot and IVR solutions within a contact-center environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain conversational AI and IVR solutions using Dialogflow ES and Genesys Cloud.
Integrate bots with Genesys Digital Bot Connector, AWS Lambda, APIs, and webhooks.
Support chatbot migration, backend integration, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
Optimize customer journeys, bot performance, fallback handling, and agent handoff.
Collaborate with business, IVR,



architecture, and development teams.

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Dialogflow ES, Genesys Cloud, and Genesys Digital Bot Connector.
Proficiency in AWS Lambda, REST APIs, webhooks, and chatbot integrations.
Experience in chatbot/IVR migration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Good understanding of contact-center workflows, bot-to-agent handoff, and backend system integration.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Advanced English level
