About This Role:

We are hiring an Operations & Master Data Specialist to support a fast-growing eCommerce and consumer brand business. This role will take ownership of implementing a new PIM/DAM system, building data foundations, and creating structured processes across fragmented systems. You will work closely with leadership to bring clarity, consistency, and scalability to product and operational data. This is not a purely strategic role.



You are expected to be hands-on, execute independently, and help shape better processes by challenging the current way of working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the implementation of the Catsy PIM/DAM system from setup to adoption
- Define and manage product data structures, including taxonomy, metadata, and standards
- Establish data governance frameworks, including data quality, accuracy, consistency, and workflows
- Create and document scalable processes across data, systems, and operations
- Manage and support integrations across systems, including PIM/DAM, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and Shopify
- Own and maintain the single source of truth for product and operational data
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into systems
