About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for our client to lead marketing execution, content production, and marketing infrastructure.
This role requires an AI-first marketing mindset and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to improve research, content production, marketing automation, and campaign performance.
The idóneo candidate is a hands-on marketing operator capable of independently executing initiatives while integrating AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to drive consistent organic growth, scalable content production, and efficient marketing systems.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
- Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Develop high-quality marketing content including blog articles, PR content, and marketing assets that support brand visibility and organic growth.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and Copy.ai for content ideation, captions, marketing copy, and content repurposing.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content using tools such as Canva.
- Repurpose long-form content across multiple platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage scheduling and publishing of content using tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics and analytics.
SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
- Guide the company’s organic search growth through content strategy and keyword planning.
- Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.Manage keyword strategy and organic search performance while performing competitor research and SEO performance analysis using tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
