Join our collaborative team and contribute to digitalization and standardization efforts that enhance our customer service experience.Key responsibilities in your new roleCoordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for timely submission and compliance with automotive customer requirements (mandatory)Serve as Notification Quality Management (QM) specialist and PPAP requestor in the Customer Interface Management Tool (CMT)



(mandatory)Triage and assign incoming quality PPAP inquiry cases using the Customer Interface Management Tool (CMT) (mandatory)Maintain and update process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Quality Service Center processes for management review (mandatory)Act as key user and administrator for the Customer Interface Management Tool (CMT) on all topics related to PPAP processing (mandatory)Submit International Material Data System (IMDS) and China Automotive Material Data System (CAMDS) declarations for customer part approval (mandatory)Drive standardization and digitalization efforts to improve response consistency and efficiency within your area of responsibility (preferred)Your ProfileWe welcome team-oriented professionals who are proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and pursuing continuous growth in a customer-facing environment.Qualifications and skills to help you succeedBachelor's Degree
