The Marketing Senior Manager is a strategic leader and key business partner responsible for shaping and driving the end-to-end marketing agenda within an FMCG environment. This role is critical for delivering sustainable, profitable growth through the translation of advanced consumer, shopper, and market insights into long‑term strategies, building strong teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring executional excellence aligned with business priorities and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and long‑term equity building initiatives across channels and lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business and commercial objectives.




- Drive advanced consumer and market insights, leveraging data to generate foresight and inform strategic decision‑making.
