We're looking for the first hire in the Finance Operations department for the US market. The person joining will help us adapting our playbook to the market.

Role & Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will:
Provide clear and concise answers within set SLAs
Ensure quote reconciliation:



make sure events have the correct final amounts from each supplier
Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client
Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes
Adapt our processes to the USA & LATAM market.

Your profile
Mandatory requirements:
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Billing / Invoicing role at a tech scale-up.
You are fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus
You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations
