What Will You Do?
- Consolidate, analyze, and visualize data to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.
- Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help standardize PMO processes and practices, eliminate waste, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Explore and leverage digital and AI‑enabled tools to help build the PMO of the future.

What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, etc.) with an expected graduation date of July 2027 or later.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, PowerPoint,



and AI‑based solutions.
- Basic programming and automation skills (Python, SQL, VBA, or similar) are a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (MUST).
