Your Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to global clients by providing expert support on MSCI Risk Analytics solutions, methodologies,



and applications.
- Investigate and resolve complex client inquiries, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Analyze portfolio, market, and risk data to help clients better understand market movements and investment outcomes.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and ongoing engagement.
- Partner closely with Account Managers, Consultants, Research, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Share client feedback and market insights to help shape future product enhancements and service improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, data inquiries, and product guidance.
- Stay informed on global financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide relevant and timely insights.
