We are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Connectivity & Optimization Specialist to manage and develop relationships with our key clients across the Latin American market.
This role combines client relationship management, commercial development, data analysis, and technical product optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop long-term relationships with key B2B and XML/API-connected clients across Latin America.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and our commercial, technical, and product teams.
Conduct regular video meetings with key clients, at least once per month, to review performance, discuss current needs, and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze hotel product performance, including traffic, searches, bookings, conversion rates, availability, pricing,



competitiveness, and sales results.
Identify technical and commercial factors affecting client performance and recommend improvements.
Develop account-specific strategies and action plans to increase booking volumes and revenue from existing clients.
Set sales and performance targets, monitor results, and prepare personalized proposals for each client.
Configure and optimize product feeds according to each client’s sales channels, business model, traffic profile, technical requirements, and commercial priorities.
Work with XML/API integrations and support the investigation of connectivity, mapping, availability, pricing, and booking-flow issues.
Research and implement new methods, rules, and algorithms to improve product configuration, automate processes, and increase sales performance.
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up.
