Sales Account Manager — US E-commerce, Building Materials (Remote, LATAM)

Compensation: $1,000/month USD base + uncapped commission

Hours: Us Time business hours . Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Latin America with reliable internet.

What we do

We're BuildMyPlace — a fast-growing US e-commerce company selling everything for new construction and remodels: kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, doors, windows, tile, flooring, lighting. We sell to homeowners, contractors, and builders across the US, with a flagship 120,000 sq ft showroom in Louisville, Kentucky and a 200,000 sq ft warehouse.
We have over 100,000 customers in our database. Many of them haven't heard from us in months. Your job is to call them, build relationships, and turn them into repeat buyers.
What you'll actually do
Call 40-60 existing customers per day from a curated list.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners on their next project
Quote products, answer technical questions, close orders




Cross-sell across categories — a customer buying tile probably also needs grout, vanities, lighting
Manage your pipeline in Salesforce
Hit monthly revenue targets that escalate as you ramp

Compensation structure

Base: $1,000 USD/month

Commission: Tiered, uncapped:

Monthly SPIFFs: Cash bonuses for hitting revenue checkpoints throughout the month.
Quarterly SPIFFs: Trip prizes (international travel) and cash bonuses for top quarterly performers.
Cross-sell bonus: new cross-category customer.

Your earnings depend entirely on what you sell. There is no ceiling.
What we're looking for
Required:
2+ years inside sales, telesales, or account management with US-based companies
Native or near-native English (you'll be on phone calls with American homeowners and contractors all day — accent is fine, fluency is not negotiable)
Hunger. We don't want order-takers. We want closers who push for the second sale and the third
Comfort with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
