The Mexico Payroll Expert is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of Mexico payroll for GoGlobal clients. This role provides dedicated in-country payroll expertise, supporting active payroll operations, new client onboarding, statutory compliance, and the continued growth of GoGlobal's in-house payroll capability in Mexico.
This is a hands-on payroll processing role for someone with strong Mexico payroll knowledge, including payroll calculations, employee lifecycle processing, statutory registrations and deregistrations, local tax and social security requirements, payroll reporting, and electronic payroll documentation. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely, managing recurring payroll cycles, resolving payroll queries, and maintaining high-quality payroll records.

Role & Responsibilities




Mexico Payroll Processing
Own the end-to-end processing of Mexico payrolls for a portfolio of GoGlobal clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery every pay period
Process payroll inputs including starters, leavers, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, deductions, attendance or time records, and other payroll-related adjustments
Calculate employee net pay based on time records, benefits, applicable taxes, statutory deductions, and other local payroll requirements
Generate and distribute payslips accurately and promptly, ensuring payroll outputs are complete, clear, and audit-ready
Prepare final calculations for leavers, including separation-related calculations and any required supporting payroll documentation
Maintain payroll processing systems and records by gathering, calculating, validating, and inputting employee data accurately
Complete payroll reports for record-keeping, internal r
