About the Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search for a highly creative and data-driven Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Analyst who is passionate about building compelling employer brands, creating engaging digital content, and attracting top talent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging professional in Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Design, Employer Branding, or related fields who wants to develop expertise at the intersection of branding, digital marketing, and talent acquisition.

What You'll Do
- Create attractive visual and digital content for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Support the execution of employer value proposition (EVP) initiatives across multiple channels.
- Develop social media content, visuals, videos, and recruiting assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the management and optimization of digital recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and social media metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.




- Conduct market research and employer branding benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and external partners to strengthen employer brand positioning.
- Help attract early-career, specialized, and high-volume talent through innovative digital strategies.

What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree completed (or final semester) in:
- Graphic Design
- Digital Communication
- Marketing
- Advertising
- Multimedia Design
- Employer Branding
- Related fields

✅ Strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing, and Social Media.
✅ Knowledge of tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Meta Business Suite

✅ Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, social media analytics, or paid campaigns is a plus.
✅ English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
