As a key player in our agency, you will be the main liaison between clients and our internal team. Working in partnership, you will develop and drive the delivery of innovative marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our senior living clients. Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior living clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry, challenges and goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to help senior living communities thrive in the digital age





Strategic Planning
- Analyze industry trends and client data to create actionable plans that align with the unique objectives of senior living communities
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically crafted for the senior living sector

Project Management
- Manage multiple senior living client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are executed with sensitivity to the needs and preferences of each individual client
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with the senior living audience, support the clients’ brands and meet their marketing and business objectives

Creative Problem Solving
- Identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategy improvements
