We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD module, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of SAP SD configuration (SPRO).
Good understanding of OTC processes and their management in SAP at a key-user level.
Familiarity with Customer and Material Master Data and Pricing.
Familiarity with LSMW, MASS, and Layout Management.
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
English — very good level, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Support and train users on OTC processes in SAP, including order management, delivery, and billing.
Assist with pricing configuration and provide basic troubleshooting support.
Provide day-to-day user support and manage support tickets.
Assist with configuring, testing, and implementing new SAP SD features and enhancements.
Support ongoing system maintenance activities.
Collaborate with developers on system changes, fixes, and enhancements.
