SAP IM (Inventory Management) - Lead / Energy Sector

We are seeking an experienced SAP IM Senior Associate to join our team and support our Inventory Management processes within SAP. The adecuado candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management module, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes and ensure accurate materials tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, support, and maintain SAP IM module functionalities to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and procurement teams to optimize inventory processes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of SAP IM-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
Assist in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support periodic inventory audits and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy.




Prepare functional specifications and work alongside technical teams during SAP enhancements and custom developments.
Develop and deliver training materials and end-user support related to SAP IM processes.
Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs, generate reports, and suggest improvements for process optimization.
Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience working with SAP Inventory Management (IM) module.
Strong understanding of inventory management, material movements, stock transfers, and physical inventory processes.
Experience in SAP MM and integration points with other SAP modules such as WM, SD, and PP is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and support processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
