As a Workplace Assistant,



you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience for everyone working from or visiting our office. You will be the main connection between EBANX and our coworking provider, making sure things run smoothly while providing hands-on support to our local ebankers and collaborating closely with our global Workplace and People teams.
We are looking for someone who is agile, proactive, resourceful, and ready to make things happen. Someone who enjoys being close to people, quickly responding to day-to-day needs, and finding practical solutions to keep the office running at its best.
This is an on-site position and requires working from the office on a daily basis.
