Overview the position
The Product Planning & Market Intelligence Senior Specialist is responsible for analyzing market trends, customer insights, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support strategic business decisions. This role drives market research initiatives, develops actionable insights, supports product and pricing strategies, and leads the automation of analytical processes and reporting tools. The position collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HQ, and senior leadership to identify business opportunities, improve efficiency, and contribute to product planning and business growth.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Analyze pricing strategies, competitor pricing movements, and market dynamics to support product and commercial decisions.
- Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on market, customer, and sales data.
- Support product planning activities through market analysis, demand evaluation, and customer research.
- Lead product clinics, customer studies, and other market research initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve business visibility and decision-making.
