Legal Intake Sales Representative (Qualifier)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Legal Intake Sales Representative (Qualifier) to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, gathering key case information, and warm-transferring qualified prospects to partner law firms.

This is not a passive call-center role. Intake is sales. You will be measured, coached, and rewarded based on performance.

You will work inside a best-in-class CRM and auto-dialer, supported by proven scripts, processes, and leadership that takes performance seriously.

This is a full-time, exclusive role. Candidates may not work another job while employed in this position.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to new leads immediately to meet strict Speed-to-Lead standards
- Conduct structured intake calls to qualify potential clients
- Accurately collect and document case details in our CRM
- Determine eligibility and warm-transfer qualified leads to partner law firms




- Execute daily outbound follow-up calls using our dialer
- Follow call scripts while sounding natural, empathetic, and confident
- Maintain clean, complete, and accurate data on every call

How You’ll Be Measured

This is a performance-driven role. You will be graded on:
- Speed to Lead (S2L)
- Wanted Percentage (lead quality / qualification accuracy)
- Data Integrity (CRM accuracy and call wrap-up)
- Outbound Calls Per Day
- # of missed calls per day

Compensation

Base Salary ($6/hr-$8/hr)
Performance-Based Bonus (typically $250–$500 per month, uncapped based on results)
Bonuses are tied directly to your KPIs and consistency—not tenure
