We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants for our logistics properties, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our logistics properties
- Identify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilities
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Prepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operations
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvement
