The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance management and developing strategies to achieve optimal results for machine maintenance. This role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure professional maintenance of LEGO equipment through both preventive and corrective measures.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities, including continuous improvement plans.
- Efficiently respond to production plan changes.




- Solve problems using root cause analysis.
- Track training processes and evaluate personnel performance.
- Report downtime and relevant issues to drive improvements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance employees.
- Develop business plans for the Maintenance Department and guide their successful implementation.
- Lead and engage the maintenance crew to ensure high morale, strong commitment, and ownership.

Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) with strong experience in warehouse maintenance or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.
- Solid technical knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar
- Advanced communication skills bot
