What you’ll do
- Respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external clients through phone and email communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Oversee the coordination of consolidated entries, ensuring that all shipments are efficiently managed and organized.
- Prepare traffic notes and handle the processing of shipping orders to maintain smooth operations.




- Develop and track shipment references, ensuring accurate and timely updates throughout the shipping process.
- Create print previews for necessary documentation, ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and ready for distribution.
- Review and disseminate inventory reports to clients, providing them with essential information regarding their shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in customs operations.
- Stay updated on customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for customs clearance.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of customs practices and logistics.
