Job Description
The Customer Care Representative provides accurate product information and support to both new and existing customers.
This role collaborates closely with Sales, Accounting, Production, and Shipping to ensure all orders are processed correctly and shipped on time.
The Customer Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments,



coordinating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring all customer needs are fully addressed throughout the order and support cycle.
To perform this role effectively, the representative must demonstrate strong proficiency in modern information technologies, including email communication, text messaging, Video conferencing, Ai‑based platforms, and other digital tools used for customer interaction and internal coordination, ensuring efficient communication, timely follow‑up, and accurate processing of customer requests across multiple channels.
This position offers an initial monthly compensation range of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN before taxes. The regular work schedule is on site Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one‑hour lunch break.
