The Role
Lilo Social is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative strategy across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. You will own the end-to-end creative testing engine—from research and messaging frameworks to briefs, storyboards, conversion rate optimization ideas,



and ongoing iteration—helping clients consistently find creative winners and scale spend profitably. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will partner closely with design, video, media buying, and account teams while working directly with clients to set creative direction, align on priorities, and build repeatable roadmaps for growth.
