You will be the central pivot point for the bidding process, balancing technical accuracy with commercial strategy while facilitating complex general communication between regional and international stakeholders. This role requires a candidate capable of driving strategic business decisions while mentoring junior staff and managing day-to-day technical tenders.Key Responsibilities* Prepare quotations for major projects in close coordination with sales personnel, regional managers, distributors, representatives,
and alliance managers.* Assist management with major project tender signoffs as required by the company’s Delegation of Authority (DoA) framework.* Propose innovative solutions to clients based on your extensive technical expertise and seniority to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.* Supervise the activities of Application Engineers I and II, providing guidance to ensure team alignment, productivity, and professional growth.* Act as the critical bridge between Sales, internal operations, project management, and factories located outside the PU NAM region.* Actively support the achievement of regional sales plan objectives through technical proposal excellence.* Analyze customer specifications, define scope, evaluate "buy-out" components (e.g., seals, couplings, actuators), and manage post-submission technical/commercial clarifications.* Maintain and supervise data accuracy in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/RFT) to ensure reliable sales forecasts and workload reporting.Required Q
