-1-2 days per week onsite in Querétaro, Mexico
Position Summary: Provides administrative, operational, and customer support to the Inside Sales team by assisting account managers with daily sales activities, coordinating shipping and order documentation, facilitating communication with warehouse, accounting, and other departments, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and related documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.
- Provide support to warehouse operations by preparing and distributing shipping labels, packing lists, and related shipping documentation.
- Ensure timely transmission of shipping documents and order-related paperwork to customers.
- Maintain and manage customer portal activities, including invoicing, shipment processing, and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).
- Process tax invoices (facturas)



and payment receipts in compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate intercompany material transfers between international locations, including Korea, China, the United States, and Mexico.
- Support the Accounting department with vendor payment documentation and follow-up activities.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics and transportation documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma (Bachillerato) required.
- Technical degree (Carrera Técnica) or university studies in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, order processing, administrative support, or a related area preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
