international environment.How you'll make an impact* Plan transport routes and select the right mode of transport for each shipment.* Confirm carrier availability and ensure compliance with assigned lanes.* Create and manage freight orders in the transportation management system.* Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers during execution.* Monitor shipment status and resolve issues proactively.* Prepare transportation paperwork and export documentation.* Review freight invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.* Maintain accurate shipment records including costs and claims.* Track key indicators such as on-time pickup, on-time delivery, and service quality.* Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.Your background* Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, or a related field.* Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation (inbound and/or outbound).* Advanced English required.* Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and ocean/air providers.* Strong ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.* Knowledge of transportation management systems.* Work-life balance culture.* Expo
