Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sr. Procurement Manager to lead a team of 6 buyers in driving growth and profitability for our Chillers Product Business Unit (PBU). You will be a key member of the PBU leadership team reporting to the Director of Procurement. You will provide innovative procurement solutions and fostering a high-performing team environment,
in a business experiencing rapid expansion.

- Lead with a Growth Mindset: Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities with a focus on business expansion and category growth.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a growth-minded approach within your team, promoting supplier innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and coach a team of 6 buyers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and Execute Procurement Strategy: Collaborate with the PBU leadership team to define and execute strategic procurement initiatives that optimize spend within the ~1B annual budget.
