Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.

The Associate Manager of Finance Transformation for Record to Report, Fixed Assets,



and Projects will play a critical role in operationalizing general process standards for General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Accounting, and the integration activities. This role drives process harmonization, supports Oracle Cloud optimization, and partners closely with MGSS, Supply Chain, and Procurement to elevate the end‑to‑end operating model. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion GL, Fixed Assets, and Projects modules, strong process discipline, and the ability to translate system design into day‑to‑day operational performance.
