Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role responsible for accelerating the growth of Biotek's regional business. This position requires a dual focus: nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing distributor network while proactively identifying and onboarding new strategic partners (if required). A key component is to serve as the ambassador of Biotek,



engaging directly with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key accounts to build brand awareness, drive market penetration, and foster long-term business development. A critical strategic element of this role is to conduct ongoing market analysis to ensure Biotek's product positioning remains relevant, differentiated, and effective against the competition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct continuous analysis of the competitive landscape, including competitor strategies, product launches, pricing, and market share.
- Monitor regulatory changes, healthcare policies, and economic trends within the region that may impact business.
- Synthesize market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Use market insights to identify potential threats and opportunities for Biotek's product portfolio.
