Solugenix is seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT, technology, or technical roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Experience working in a staffing agency, consulting environment, or Managed Service Provider (MSP).




- Ability to conduct candidate screenings and assess technical qualifications against job requirements.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Owners to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.
- Participate in intake calls with hiring managers and Account Managers
- Identify required qualifications, skill competencies, and necessary experience for job openings.
