Como Supervisor de Mantenimiento,



serás responsable de asegurar la continuidad operativa de las instalaciones, equipos y activos del almacén mediante la ejecución y supervisión de programas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo. Liderarás las actividades relacionadas con infraestructura, equipos de manejo de materiales y servicios generales, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia operativa.
Responsabilidades principales.
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo dentro de la operación logístca.
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a metodologías de TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) para maximizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos.
- Gestionar el mantenimiento de instalaciones eléctricas, sistemas hidráulicos, plomería, iluminación, aire acondicionado y servicios generales.
