We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Advertising and Social Media to support the execution of integrated marketing communication initiatives across Latin America.
In this role, you will act as a key support to the Manager in delivering impactful advertising, social media, and communication programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives. You will operate with a higher level of autonomy than a traditional specialist role, contributing not only to execution but also to campaign planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.
This position plays an important role in ensuring consistency across campaigns, effective collaboration with agency partners, and strong alignment with regional marketing strategies.

This position is open to candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ecuador. Relocation is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Prepare media plans, campaign briefings, creative calendars,



and audience targeting documentation.
- Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of advocacy, PR, and communication programs.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated communication initiatives across LATAM, supporting both strategic and operational activities.
- Act as a key support to the Manager in coordinating cross-market communication initiatives and campaign execution.
- Support PR and communication activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Manage campaign execution with a higher level of autonomy, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with media and creative agencies to support campaign implementation, creative development, and media execution.
