About the role

Station Entertainment is a creator talent management agency. We represent YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creators, and we close brand partnerships for them at volume.

The Talent Coordinator is the person who makes those partnerships actually happen. Once a deal is signed, you own it: timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, go-live, and the recap that lands back with the creator and the brand. You are the connective tissue between our agents, our creators, and the brands paying for the work.

To be clear on scale: 35 deals live in a month is the floor for a coordinator in good standing.

What you will do
- Manage the full post-signature lifecycle for every collaboration assigned to you
- Track timelines, agreements, deliverables, approvals, posts, and performance insights
- Coordinate across agents, creators, and brand contacts to keep content on schedule
- Own all documentation in HubSpot and ClickUp so nothing lives in your head
- Send creator recaps on a biweekly cadence, with insight into campaign effectiveness
- Push content live early in the month rather than sprinting at the deadline
- Run all communication and workflow through Gmail and our CRM
- Take on new responsibility as the role and the roster grow

What we are looking for
- Outreach, coordination, and account management experience, ideally in influencer marketing, talent management, media, or advertising
- Fluent, professional written English. You will be writing to brands daily
