Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to join the Data Center, Power, and Control Team. The Director of Operations is responsible for the end-to-end operational leadership, performance, and transformation of the Juarez, Mexico and Santa Teresa, NM manufacturing and distribution facilities, which are critical nodes within the DPC general value stream.

This role drives the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous transformation of the sites to deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, while enabling long-term growth, capacity expansion, and customer service excellence.

Acts as a key leader within the DPC operations organization, partnering across business units and functions to align site performance with division strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop the vision and strategy for the facility and drive initiatives and actions to achieve them. Strong ability to drive, influence,



and align the vision and strategy across a highly matrixed organization.
- Build and lead strong cross-functional partnerships within a highly matrixed organization to align operations with evolving business needs.
- Lead capacity and footprint decisions, ensuring effective integration of SIOP/IBP processes and alignment with working capital and service objectives.
- Ensure effective integration of manufacturing and distribution operations to optimize service levels, lead times, and overall customer experience.
- Provide leadership to the various manufacturing groups, including value stream leaders and centralized support functions, to ensure that financial and operational goals are met.
- Proactively identify barriers and challenges that could negatively impact operations and implement effective solutions to minimize impact.
- Lead efforts toward a zero-injury culture while being a strong leader in supporting CSR initiatives
