A well-established U.S.-based manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Controller to support its growing operations in Mexico. This position will serve as a key member of the finance leadership team and play an important role in accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support all accounting and financial activities for the Mexico operation.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management reporting packages.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, overhead, and operational performance.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.




- Monitor financial and operational KPIs and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Partner closely with operations leadership to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Support audit activities and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with corporate finance teams in the United States on reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a key SAP finance resource and support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and data integrity initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Conversational to fluent English required; ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based leadership teams.
