We are seeking a versatile, hands‑on Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Test Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on sustaining, enhancing, and optimizing automated test systems throughout their lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring robust test capabilities, accurate measurements, high equipment reliability, and efficient production support for complex electronic products. Working in a collaborative environment, you will develop innovative solutions that improve test performance, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Our Team

You will be part of the Test Engineering organization, supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions through advanced automated test solutions. The team collaborates closely with design engineering, operations, quality, IT, suppliers, and general cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient test platforms that support world‑class manufacturing.

What You Will Do




- Partner with design engineering teams to develop comprehensive product test strategies that enable successful product validation and production launch.
- Design, develop, and improve automated test systems that ensure product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of test platforms through hardware and software enhancements that increase throughput, performance, and maintainability.
- Analyze production test data to identify trends, improve yields, and enable data‑driven decision making.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause investigations to improve test system reliability and minimize manufacturing disruptions.
- Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions and successful transfers into mass production.
- Integrate test platforms with manufacturing systems and factory infrastructure to support operational excellence.
- Support validation activities that ensure test equipment accuracy, repeatability, and measurement
