Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) business. In this strategic role, you will partner closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Account Managers (AMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Business Units to develop new opportunities, shape customer solutions, and expand our market presence.

As the regional product expert, you will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs, providing technical expertise, commercial insight, and strategic guidance to both internal stakeholders and integral customers.

Job Description
- Strategic Growth & Opportunity Lead: Generates new leads to develop Logistics/SCS opportunity pipeline within the region, ensuring full visibility, prioritization, and alignment with operational capacity.
- Commercial Support & Negotiation: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in prioritized negotiations. Contributes to and collaborates with KAMs/AMs to develop deal strategies and comprehensive service proposals.




- Trusted Advisor (Customer-Facing): Build high-level trust with customers by shaping solutions that directly solve their supply chain pain points. Act as a consultant-partner to influence decision-makers through data-driven insights.
- Internal Orchestration: For solution development orchestrates AMs, Customer Success (CSM), and Business Units across regions, ensuring a seamless one-face-to-customer approach.
- Market Intelligence: Map the competitive and customer landscape and articulate the unique value proposition of our LS and SCS products. Identify upselling and cross‑selling initiatives to grow revenue and exceed revenue targets.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with key stakeholders within company and with customer to design integrated supply chain solutions that balance P&L; requirements with long‑term strategic objectives.
