Role Summary

This critical role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and performance marketing, serving as the reporting authority for a fast‑paced, multi‑channel paid media team. The Manager, Reporting & Performance Analytics reports directly to the Director and is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and strategic delivery of performance reporting across all paid media channels, including Google, Microsoft, Apple Search Ads (ASA), YouTube, and UAC/App campaigns. The Manager leads the reporting operations, oversees the Senior Associate, and serves as the first line of defense for data quality, pacing oversight, and issue resolution. As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), the Manager works closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of performance reporting across all paid media channels, ensuring all outputs are accurate, timely, and clearly structured.
- Serve as the team’s reporting authority,



understanding how all platforms, data sources, and tracking systems are connected and how changes in one area affect reporting across the board.
- Proactively monitor campaign pacing against budget targets on a daily and weekly basis; flag over‑pacing and under‑pacing scenarios in real time with clear context and recommended corrective actions.
- QA all data flows on a scheduled and ad‑hoc basis, identifying discrepancies between platform data, dashboards, and downstream reporting destinations before they escalate.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues across platforms, tracking setups, data pipelines, and dashboards; determine root causes and communicate findings clearly and quickly.
- Proactively flag performance anomalies, data gaps, and platform issues without waiting to be asked, always pairing the flag with context and a recommendation.
