GENERAL SUMMARY
The Project Manager, Operations is responsible for supporting the successful execution of operational initiatives, technology implementations, QC production workflows, and cross-functional project plans across the organization. Reporting to and working closely with the SVP of Production, Operations Director, this role serves as the operational backbone for project tracking, process coordination, team accountability, and status reporting across connected technology teams, asset management, QA/QC operations, traffic management, production teams, and client leadership.
The PM is responsible for creating and maintaining both high-level roadmaps and detailed project plans that support timely delivery against aggressive business objectives and client commitments. They help organize and report project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable throughout implementation and delivery.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously,



proactively identify risks, facilitate communication across teams, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment. The adecuado candidate combines strong operational experience, project management discipline, and an ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Note that this specific role that does not require finance background/experience, but will be involved in budget and project burn tracking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and implementation schedules across multiple operational workstreams
- Generate both executive-level project summaries and detailed task-level project plans to support stakeholder communication and delivery execution.
- Help support technical project success by identifying project milestones, dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and success criteria.
