Job Overview

Designs and implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; researches on products and processes to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Identifying new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line.
- Reviewing and updating manufacturing processes and policies as per compliance and industry standard.
- Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines.
- Establishing control charting of complex features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Education and Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Design automation systems integrated into cable production machines,



ensuring that all parts and components are compatible with each other and meet operational requirements.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Good project management skill: ability to work on several projects at once.
- Create competitive strategies and plans.
- Experience at solving problems for process and designs.
- Interpersonal skills, communication and ability to multitask.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- NPI & Early Lifecycle Engineering (Primary Ownership)
- Provide deep technical guidance on PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, and SMT processes for all new products introduced at the site.
- Review design packages from Product/R&D; teams for DFM and process risk identification.
- Evaluate PCB stack-ups, material selection, controlled impedance structures, surface finishes, and SMT component risks that could impact assembly processes or
