Job Summary




The Plant Controller serves as the primary finance business partner for the Matamoros manufacturing facility, supporting plant leadership by providing financial guidance, operational insights, and performance analysis. This role is responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, KPI analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, and driving financial performance through close collaboration with manufacturing operations. The position requires a hands-on presence on the plant floor and strong partnership with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to improve financial awareness and support operational decision-making.
- Lead the monthly financial close process, including account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed performance analysis.
