This role is expected to be the first operational point of coordination for facilities and general services matters, translating employee and business needs into clear actions, timelines, owners, and follow-up. The position requires close interaction with employees, internal stakeholders, building administration, contractors, maintenance providers, cleaning and security teams, pantry or cafeteria providers, couriers, and other workplace service partners.
Procurement is intentionally positioned as a secondary support responsibility. The associate supports procurement-related activities only where they enable facilities and general services delivery, such as supplier quotations, purchase request tracking, invoice follow-up, vendor documentation, and spend-control support for workplace-related categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilities Operations and Workplace Readiness
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for office areas, meeting rooms, workstations, common spaces, furniture, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical matters, and other workplace infrastructure needs.




Monitor the condition of office spaces to help ensure they remain clean, functional, safe, orderly, properly equipped, and ready to support daily operations.
Receive, register, prioritize, and follow up on employee requests related to workspace needs, repairs, furniture, meeting rooms, seating adjustments, office equipment, and general workplace conditions.
Coordinate with building administration, contractors, and maintenance providers to support service continuity, workplace safety, operational readiness, and timely issue resolution.
Escalate incidents, urgent maintenance needs, safety concerns, recurring service issues, or operational interruptions with clear context, impact, status, and proposed next steps.
2. General Services Administration
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, cafeteria consumables, first-aid kits, cleaning supplies, courier needs, and other workplace resource
