Position PurposeProvide academic and operational support to students, coordinators, and partner educational institutions participating in the International High School and Homeschool programs through training, guidance, and continuous follow-up, ensuring the successful achievement of academic goals.
Key Responsibilities✅ Support the Academic Director in the implementation and monitoring of the program with partner educational institutions.
✅ Train students and coordinators in the use of educational platforms.
✅ Manage academic processes related to course enrollments, withdrawals, changes, and extensions.
✅ Prepare institutional assessments and academic course pathways for Homeschool students.




✅ Review academic content and course hour requirements to ensure compliance with program standards.
✅ Organize and participate in follow-up meetings with school coordinators.
✅ Maintain and update the academic course catalog and communicate program updates.
✅ Provide solutions to academic issues related to the use of educational platforms.
✅ Support the promotion of programs through social media and digital channels.
✅ Assist in the graduation process for Homeschool students.
✅ Train students and coordinators on additional educational programs and platforms.
✅ Support the organization and promotion of conferences, forums, seminars, and academic events.
Qualifications? Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Foreign Languages, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
