The Royal Caribbean Group’s HR Transformation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Lead, HR System Design reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR System Design.

The position is onsite and based in Mexico City, Mexico

SUMMARY
The Senior Lead, HR System Design, is a technical HR Systems professional responsible for the hands-on administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications.
This role serves as a key technical resource within the HR Transformation organization, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, support system enhancements, execute testing activities, manage releases, and maintain system functionality.



The Senior Lead ensures HR applications operate effectively, remain aligned with business requirements, and deliver a high-quality user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR System Design, this role is responsible for supporting designated products within the HR ecosystem and executing activities associated with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Product Administration & Configuration
- Perform hands-on configuration and maintenance of HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, custom applications, and related HR systems.
- Configure business rules, workflows, security roles, permissions, fields, page layouts, templates, and system settings based on approved business requirements.
- Support implementation of new system functionality, enhancements, integrations, and releases.
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes in partnership with technical and business teams.
