Role Overview
As a Senior IT Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various technical domains. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and client leaders, guiding them through the talent landscape with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle IT Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex IT roles (e.g.,



Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists, Data Scientists).
- Stakeholder & Manager Engagement: Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and clients. Understand their business needs, advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and interview best practices.
- Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, GitHub, etc.) to engage both active and passive tech candidates.
- ATS Management & Pipeline Optimization: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidates, optimize pipeline efficiency, ensure data integrity, and streamline the hiring workflow.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process.
