Position Summary & Mission
Virtual Latinos is seeking a high-level, strategic, revenue-focused executive to design and build the company’s next stage of commercial growth.

The Senior Director of Revenue & Business Development will be responsible for creating scalable, measurable, and diversified revenue channels beyond the company’s current inbound marketing model. This includes developing new lead generation strategies, building a repeatable outbound sales engine, strengthening partnerships and affiliate programs, improving sales strategy and sales training,



and identifying new commercial growth opportunities.

The mission of this role is to help Virtual Latinos grow beyond its current lead-generation model by building new revenue channels, improving sales performance, developing strategic partnerships, and pursuing larger, higher-value client opportunities while protecting Virtual Latinos’ premium positioning, quality standards, and long-term client and VA relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Commercial Growth: Develop and own Virtual Latinos’ commercial growth strategy in partnership with the CEO, including revenue forecasting, growth channel planning, client segmentation, profitability analysis, pricing support, premium positioning, and prioritization of high-value client opportunities.
- Outbound Sales Engine Development: Design, test, and build Virtual Latinos’ outbound sales function from the ground up, including ICP development,
