About the role

As a General Manager, you will lead the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Complex, a large-scale operation comprising five hotels. Your main mission will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee the overall performance of the complex, ensuring operational excellence, strong business results, and alignment with brand standards. You will play a key role in driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and long-term asset value, while strengthening commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the budgeting cycle, financial closings, and operational KPIs to support decision-making.
