Position Overview

The Business Data & Technology Lead is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for defining and driving the data and technology agenda within a critical business domain such as Sales, Finance, HR, or Operations. This role partners closely with business leaders and technical teams to translate complex business problems into scalable data solutions, analytics, and technology capabilities that drive measurable outcomes.

This position directly impacts business performance by enabling better decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and supporting integral MBOs through standardized, trusted data and reusable analytics across markets.
